Our office may appear unassuming from the outside, but once you’re through the front door, you can’t help but hear, see, and feel a company culture like none other. From our monthly PlayLive concerts featuring known and soon-to-be known artists, to the overhead speakers, and flat panel displays showcasing our work from some of the world’s hottest brands, you’ll feel our passion for creating great media experiences.

And where there’s passion, there’s also soul.
Under CEO Lon Troxel, our executive team created a set of guiding principles around teamwork, professionalism, resourcefulness, fun, respect, and integrity—then handed PlayNetwork employees control for driving company culture.
PlayNetwork’s executive team also recognizes that ensuring the effectiveness of women professionals here at PlayNetwork is absolutely critical to our success. Sue Hoover, our CFO, has provided leadership in creating the WPP, or Women Professionals at PlayNetwork. This group’s initiatives include hosting networking events with discussion topics aimed at eliminating career roadblocks and addressing issues that are specific to women in the workplace. WPP is also building a mentorship program.
Our employees work together to keep things fresh. Company brown bags too “normal”? Try yoga for stress relief or an introduction to Chinese medicine. Or, take a day away from work to volunteer at KEXP or Habitat for Humanity. Questions about our company's future or finances? Attend Troxel’s quarterly “open book” updates. Interested in making the company more “green”? Join the Green Team.
We created a culture that is hardwired to the company’s business. Our philosophy is to ensure that all employees understand how they impact PlayNetwork’s success, and are recognized and rewarded for their efforts. We believe that when this happens, we are stronger as a company and can ultimately offer each individual more in terms of their career path and opportunity to grow and learn.
